Emerald Coast Philharmonic brings together exceptional musicians and distinguished guest artists who share a passion for artistic exploration and musical excellence. Each ensemble is thoughtfully assembled for the music being performed, offering fresh perspectives on beloved masterpieces alongside compelling new works.
FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Award-winning conductor and composer Sergey Bogza founded Emerald Coast Philharmonic to share the beauty of exceptional live music through performances that place artists and audiences at the heart of a shared musical experience.
An internationally recognized conductor, Bogza has led orchestras, opera productions, ballet companies, and festivals throughout the United States and Europe. A first-prize winner of three international conducting competitions, he is known for imaginative programming, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to creating musical experiences that inspire audiences and strengthen communities.
Throughout his career, Bogza has developed innovative concert experiences, educational initiatives, and artistic partnerships that have expanded audiences and deepened community engagement.
Emerald Coast Philharmonic brings together these experiences into a new artistic home on Florida's Emerald Coast - one where exceptional musicians, inspiring guest artists, and curious audiences come together to share unforgettable musical experiences.
DIRECTOR OF ARTISTIC OPERATIONS
Grace King serves as the Director of Artistic Operations with Emerald Coast Philharmonic, bringing a background in music performance, arts education, concert production, program development, and strategic communications.
A professional cellist and educator, King has spent years working across the performing arts, with experience in music education, youth orchestra development, chamber music, and concert production. Her work with symphony and performing arts organizations has given her experience in concert operations, production logistics, artist support, event coordination, and communication across artistic and administrative teams. She has also assisted in the development of youth orchestra programs, combining her musical expertise with an interest in creating accessible and engaging educational opportunities for young musicians.
